History
Since opening its doors in 1969, Turnamics Inc. has specialized in short to medium production runs of intricate parts. Originally started as a small screw-machine shop producing parts for the electronics industry, Turnamics has grown in scope and capacity producing complex parts for the transit and communications industries, among others, utilizing the latest manufacturing technology.
Operated under the direction of owner Harvey Spiegel, 1966 graduate of Industrial Engineering at Auburn University, the company has grown to include two plants on a shared campus, and addresses all levels of manufacturing from individual turned and milled parts to full assemblies, simple sheet metal parts, to complete custom fabricated machinery.
With over 80 machining centers ranging from Swiss turning to 5-axis milling, Turnamics is capable of producing your most complex products in a variety of materials.
